Built up moss can encourage frost damage causing cracks & delamination to pan tiles - the roof's first line of defence against rain - putting tile battens at risk.
We were able to remove the loose moss by vacuuming - ready for the roofer to identify the number of suboptimal roof tiles for replacement.
