Repairs in Swainsthorpe
Here water was reportedly escaping and running down the outside of the downpipe, causing the wall to stay wet for long periods.
The outlet and swan-neck were blocked so these were cleared...
...both the outlet and end cap were found to be defective...
...due to old hard compacted rubber seals.
We were able to fit compatible replacement parts - a new running outlet and end cap - to contain all the water merging at this point.
The downpipe was altered and fixed in position with a new clip against the wall and secured so that it wouldn't migrate down the wall again - future proofed!
