Downpipe Blockage in Cringleford

This gutter was overflowing during rain and thereafter retained water. The door below had begun to rot and needed replacing.

And finally a water test was conducted to verify correct fall and flow of water.

Roots had completely filled the downpipe...

...for quite some distance.

Next we lowered the outlet a little and reinstated the downpipe, with the addition of an angled fall...

...siting the downpipe end through the shrub above ground level.
